Key Responsibilities
Review and monitor CRM data, activities, and lead flow.
Track and monitor leads to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
Identify data discrepancies and maintain CRM accuracy.
Support the implementation and adoption of current tools and technologies.
Assist teams with CRM-related queries and basic troubleshooting.
Prepare basic reports and provide insights on lead and CRM performance.
