MONEGA ENTERPRISES PVT LTD is looking for experienced Logistics supervisor who can manage day-to-day import and export activities, coordinate with different stakeholders, and ensure shipments move smoothly from start to finish.

What will you do :

-Manage and coordinate daily import & export shipments.

-Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, and clients.

-Follow up on shipment movement, delivery schedules, and pending activities.

-Negotiate freight and logistics rates with service providers.
Handle shipment documentation and maintain proper records.

-Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to the team. -Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reports and day-to-day work. Basic understanding of mathematics and calculations.

-Handle logistics-related issues and coordinate for quick solutions. Ensure smooth and timely execution of assigned shipments.

What are we looking For :

*2–3 years of experience in Import & Export / Logistics.





*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word. Good mathematical and numerical calculation skills.

*Robust coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders. A responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
