HR RECRUITER – JOB PROFILE To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the school and maintain accurate HR-related data and records.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews with Principals, HODs, and Management.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment status.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
Coordinate the complete recruitment process from vacancy to joining.
HR Data & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee and recruitment-related data in Excel/HRMS/ERP.
Update recruitment trackers, joining data, vacancy status, and candidate databases.
Maintain employee records and required HR documents.
Prepare HR reports and data as required by the Management.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry.




Maintain proper filing and documentation of recruitment records.
Coordination & Follow-up
Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements.
Follow up with candidates for interviews, selection, and joining.
Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities with the HR team.
Support HR activities and other administrative work as assigned.

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
Solid data-entry and documentation skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
Prior experience in school/education-sector recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
