Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and exit/retirement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, BGV, and joining.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS/HRIS updates.
Manage attendance, leave, employee records, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and HR letters.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, LOP, recent joiners, exits, incentives, and salary revisions.
Ensure compliance with applicable PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, POSH, Shops & Establishments, and other labour regulations.
Handle employee relations, grievances, counselling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Support performance management, probation confirmation, appraisal, and PIP processes.
Coordinate employee engagement,



training, and welfare activities.
Manage HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and employee data.
Handle HR administration, facilities coordination, employee assets, and vendor coordination.
Manage exit processes, including resignation, notice period, clearance, exit interview, F&F;, relieving, and experience letters.
Coordinate retirement/superannuation formalities and applicable employee advantages.
Support HR audits, compliance reviews, and process improvements.

Qualification
