We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Luxury Boutique Sales Executive to join our premium watch retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury watches based on their preferences and budget.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.
Develop solid customer relationships and provide personalized service.
Explain watch features, specifications, brands, warranty, and after-sales services to customers.
Maintain excellent product presentation, visual merchandising, and overall boutique standards.
Handle billing, stock-related activities, product displays, and basic store operations accurately.
Maintain proper product knowledge and stay updated on new launches, offers, and brand collections.




Support stock checking, inventory management, and store housekeeping as required.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a premium grooming and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in watch retail, luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or showroom sales will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales orientation.
Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Willingness to work in a mall setting and rotational shifts.
Freshers with solid communication and a genuine interest in luxury retail may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
