Role & responsibilities
Production planning based on capacity, customer requirements, material availability on daily/weekly/monthly.
Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with market trends and customer demand.
Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to ensure production aligns with market trends and customer requirements.
Optimize production schedules to maximize resources utilization and minimize lead times.
Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Oversee the entire supply chain from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery.
Inventory management and material requirement planning and scheduling.
Coordinate BOM compilation, ECN & change management.
Having valuable experience of inventory planning and control.
Proficiency in using the SAP system.
Production planning, capacity utilization cycle time, take time, productivity and OEE.
