Key Responsibilities:
Enter purchase and sales invoices, vouchers and bills in the accounting software/ERP (e.g. Tally).
Maintain day-to-day cash and bank vouchers.
Assist in preparation of bills, invoices and payment vouchers.
Maintain vendor and client ledgers accurately and up to date.
Assist with bank reconciliation statements.
Maintain proper physical and digital filing of bills, invoices and vouchers.
Coordinate with site and purchase teams for bill verification and missing documentation.
Support the Senior Accountant with GST data compilation, TDS entries and other statutory records.
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections as directed.
Assist with month-end closing activities and basic MIS data compilation.
