Process: Voice Process US Insurance

Shift: Rotational US Shifts / Rotational Night Shifts

Compensation: 4 to 6 LPA

Requirements

-Notice period: Must be available in 15 to 30 days or less, Immediate joiners preferred

-Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory

-Education: Bachelors Degree / Graduation in any discipline is mandatory

-More than 3 years of experience in US General / Health Insurance, Advantages Claims Processing or Contact Centre Operations

-Exposure to US Insurance processes is highly preferred

-Ability to independently handle complex cases and processing exceptions

-Exposure to provider outreach or benefit related support activities will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities





-Independently manage complex benefit administration activities, review claim documentation and determine appropriate next steps

-Handle complex cases, exceptions, escalations and outstanding requests while resolving issues with minimal supervision

-Coordinate with providers and stakeholders to obtain required information and ensure timely resolution

-Maintain accurate documentation across multiple product lines while meeting quality productivity and service level standards

-Support training coaching and knowledge sharing

-Act as a resource for junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
