Job Summary

The Junior Purchase Executive is responsible for assisting in procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, maintaining purchase records, tracking orders, and ensuring the timely availability of furniture products, accessories, and related materials for showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
Track stock levels and assist in replenishment planning.
Support the purchase team in identifying current vendors and maintaining supplier relationships.
Prepare purchase reports and MIS as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
Positive negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

Experience
0–2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, Inventory, or related functions.
Experience in furniture, retail, manufacturing, or interior industries will be an added advantage.
