L3 - TKG and Kong

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support TKG clusters across Non-Prod, UAT, Production, and DR settings.
Troubleshoot Kubernetes issues related to pods, nodes, networking, ingress, storage, and RBAC.
Install, configure, and manage Kong API Gateway, services, routes, plugins, and certificates.
Support Kong HA setup, upgrades, backup, rollback, and performance tuning.
Configure monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Jaeger.
Handle production incidents, RCA, failover, and DR activities.

Required Skills
Solid experience in TKG and Kubernetes administration.
Hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway.
Strong Linux and scripting knowledge.
Experience with Docker, Helm
Positive understanding of SSL, API security, certificates, and RBAC.
Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

Preferred Skills
Experience with VMware vSphere, NSX, AVI, and Harbor.
Knowledge of Istio, microservices, and service mesh.
Exposure to banking or enterprise environments.
Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
