Role & responsibilities
Lead and supervise piping stress analysis activities for FEED, EPCM, Detailed Engineering, and Brownfield projects.
Perform and review stress calculations for critical piping systems using Caesar II and other approved software tools.
Develop and validate stress analysis methodologies, study reports, and engineering deliverables.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company engineering practices.
Provide technical direction for complex piping stress and support design issues.
Perform stress analysis of piping systems connected to Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Air Coolers etc.
Review flexibility studies, equipment nozzle evaluation, support load calculations, and agile analysis where required.

Pipe Support Design Criteria
Technical Requisitions for Special Pipe Supports
Ensure optimized piping layouts and support schemes to meet project safety, operability, and maintainability requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
Master's degree is desirable.
Experience
12 to 18 years of experience in FEED, EPCM, Detailed Engineering, and projects within: Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals
Proven experience in leading piping stress engineering activities on medium to large-scale projects.
