Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end domestic procurement across Direct, CAPEX and OPEX categories for Head Office and PAN-India branches.
Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain solid vendor partnerships through vendor evaluation, development, and performance monitoring.
Monitor procurement budgets, spending, and MIS reporting while identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
Strengthen procurement governance through SOP implementation, audit readiness, and compliance monitoring.
Lead, coach, and develop team of procurement to achieve functional objectives.
Support warehouse operations through inventory planning, stock optimization and timely material availability.
Ensure compliance with EPR requirements and coordinate with authorized recyclers and waste management partners.
Manage sourcing and vendor coordination for company events, employee engagement activities,



and CSR initiatives.
Manage local purchase of items i.e. tools, consumables, safety items, office infrastructure, IT peripherals, housekeeping materials, and other operational requirements.
Drive transparent and compliant scrap sale and asset disposal processes to maximize value realization.

Requisite Skills: Positive communication and analytical skills.

Solid hands-on experience in procurement across Direct, CAPEX and OPEX categories.

Proven ability to handle the purchase function independently with process-oriented approach.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Positive knowledge of market/vendor development and commercial terms.

Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in excel & ERP systems
