Usage
Use drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Maintain an organised digital drawing file and version control.
Coordination with Architects & Engineers
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings.
Documentation
Preparation of estimates and quotations.
Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and standards.
Detailing
Develop detailed drawings for elements like staircases, doors/windows, flooring, joinery, etc.
Ensure constructability and practicality in design details.
Develop detailed interior drawings.
Site Support
Assist in resolving drawing-related queries from site teams.
Update drawings based on site changes (as-built drawings).
Quality
Control
Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and consistency.
Maintain drafting standards, layers, and annotations.
