Role & responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Support social media, content creation, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Generate and maintain marketing leads and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in Marketing or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
Positive MS Office/Excel skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
