Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their investment requirements.
Explain farm land projects, pricing, amenities, approvals, and investment perks.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
Schedule and coordinate Google Meet/home demos and site visits.
Accompany customers during site visits and assist them in selecting suitable plots.
Maintain customer information, follow-up records, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
