Role Description The Marketing Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for leading and mentoring a marketing team, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and aligning initiatives with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing digital and offline marketing strategies, coordinating with sales and cross-functional teams, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

Lead will also oversee content and brand messaging, manage budgets, prepare performance reports,



and support client presentations and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder coordination, presentation abilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
Candidates should possess practical Sales and Marketing skills to design campaigns that support revenue growth and brand development.
Candidates should possess experience in digital marketing (e.g., SEO, social media, paid ads) and familiarity with analytics tools to run data-driven campaigns.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory marketing role, preferably in a digital-focused workplace, is highly beneficial.
