Role Description The Junior Brand Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role focuses on supporting the development and execution of MetaMount Films’ visual brand across marketing materials, social media assets, pitch decks, production documents, and promotional campaigns.

The Junior Brand Designer collaborates with senior designers, marketing, and production teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels. The role also involves gathering feedback, iterating on design concepts,



and maintaining brand guidelines and asset libraries.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Brand Identity and Branding to help build and maintain a coherent visual presence.
Candidates should possess skills in Brand Design and Visual Design to support the creation of compelling, audience-focused visual narratives.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to produce high-quality layouts, graphics, and marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) and basic knowledge of motion or video graphics is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with a portfolio demonstrating brand-related work.
