Purpose
This document outlines the end-to-end lifecycle of a Ph.D. scholar at Rishihood University, from admission through to award and alumni engagement, defining the key steps to be coordinated at each stage.
Admission & Onboarding
Receive and verify Ph.D. admission documents.
Complete scholar registration and ERP entry.
Coordinate allocation of supervisor/co-supervisor.
Issue admission/registration letters.
Conduct Ph.D. orientation and induction.
Ensure scholars academic and administrative records are created.
Coursework Management
Register scholars for prescribed coursework.
Coordinate course registration and attendance records.
Track coursework examinations and results.
Ensure minimum credit/course requirements are fulfilled.
