About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Maintenance Executive to support our finance, operations, and project management functions.
This role is central to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of master data across projects, customers, contracts, and billability, enabling smooth financial reporting, billing, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain master data for projects, contracts, customers, employees, and billing setups.
Ensure correct mapping across systems to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
Conduct audits, reconciliations, and data validations to maintain high-quality records.
Collaborate with finance, sales, legal, HR, and PMO teams for seamless onboarding of clients and projects.
Support month-end and year-end processes, audit requests, and system enhancements.




Recommend improvements to data governance and ERP/CRM processes.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems, with 1 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, robust analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of billing and project accounting, and effective communication skills are essential.
