Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist with seed sowing and nursery management
Monitor crop growth and plant health daily
Assist with transplanting, harvesting, and other crop activities
Identify and report signs of pests, diseases, or plant health issues
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the farm
Maintain daily records of crop and farm activities
Follow farm SOPs and safety guidelines
Support routine hydroponic system operations under the guidance of senior team members.
