Key Responsibilities
Greeting guests & taking orders accurately, handling special requests from guests.
Ensure timely food delivery through effective communication between kitchen & service department.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to hotel service standards.
Oversee daily restaurant service, assign duties to service staff, and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in hotel restaurant.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
