We are looking for an experienced Manager - Sales to drive business growth across two key product portfolios:
TPU, TPC-ET/TPEE, TPE and specialty polymers
Cast PU / EPACAST The role will focus on technical sales, business development, key account management,

application development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales for TPU, specialty polymers and Cast PU across India.
Identify current customers, industries, applications and business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and expand existing business through upselling and cross selling.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable polymer or PU solutions.
Lead customer trials, product qualification and application development.
Coordinate with internal teams and international principals, including EPAFLEX Italy,

for technical and commercial requirements.
Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, import data and new applications.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and achieve monthly,



quarterly and annual targets.
Support inventory planning and management of slow-moving stock.
Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering, Rubber

Technology, Chemistry or related field.
6+ years of relevant experience in TPU, TPE, specialty polymers, engineering plastics, polyurethane, Cast PU, elastomers or related industries.
Prior experience in technical sales and team handling.
Strong understanding of polymer applications, injection moulding, extrusion and industrial material selection.
Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
Ability to independently develop recent product lines and convert technical prospects into business.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
