Role Description The Junior Creative Copywriter is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves drafting and refining copy for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, website content, ads, and brand collaterals.

The Junior Creative

Copywriter will support senior creatives by brainstorming concepts, developing taglines, and ensuring consistency with brand voice and strategy. Day-to-day tasks include researching target audiences, collaborating with designers and account teams, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and meeting deadlines across multiple projects.



The role also includes monitoring campaign performance and suggesting content improvements aligned with insights and brand objectives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Writing and Creative Writing skills for producing explicit, engaging, and brand-aligned copy.
Candidates should possess solid Creative Writing skills for crafting effective digital content across websites, social media, and online campaigns.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Creativity Skills to collaborate with teams, present ideas, and generate original concepts.
Ability to follow creative direction while contributing fresh ideas and maintaining attention to detail.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and audience-focused storytelling; familiarity with digital platforms is beneficial.
Relevant coursework or a degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior internship or freelance experience in copywriting is preferred but not mandatory.
