Job Title: Lady Security Guard Location: The Wisdom Tree Community Apartment Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and qualified Lady Security Guard to join our security team at The Wisdom Tree Community Apartment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property by maintaining access control, performing regular patrols, and responding promptly to any incidents.

Key Responsibilities Access Control: Monitor entry and exit gates; manage resident, guest, vendor, and domestic help entry protocols using community gate management software/registers.

Visitor Screening: Conduct necessary physical or bag checks for female visitors, domestic staff, and delivery personnel in a respectful and efficient manner. Patrolling & Surveillance: Conduct periodic foot patrols across assigned blocks, common amenities, and women-restricted areas to ensure a protected environment.

Incident Response: Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies,



safety threats, or resident complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Log Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily logs of visitors, key handovers, material inward/outward registers, and unusual occurrences.

Key Requirements &

Qualifications Experience: Prior experience as a security guard, preferably in residential communities or commercial complexes.

Skills: Strong communication skills, basic literacy for maintaining logs, and a polite yet firm demeanor.

Physical Fitness: Capable of standing, walking, and conducting physical patrols throughout the shift.

Work Schedule &

Compensation Duty Hours: 10 hours per day Monthly Leave: 3 days off per month Net Salary: ₹21,500 per month (Take-home) Advantages: Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) coverage
