We are looking for an experienced Payroll Leader for a Director – Payroll opportunity with a leading global Asset Management Firm in Mumbai.
? Experience: 12+ years of experience with strong expertise in end-to-end India payroll and global/multi-country payroll exposure.
Key Requirements:-
- Strong India Payroll & statutory compliance expertise
- Global / Multi-country Payroll exposure
- Payroll tax, controls, reconciliations & audits
- Vendor management & governance
- Solid team/people management experience
- Payroll transformation & process improvement
- Workday or similar HRMS exposure preferred
- Financial Services / GCC / Shared Services experience preferred
