About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Gurgaon team. In this full-time role, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives with a primary focus on the Gurgaon and Dubai real estate markets. The ideal candidate must possess deep domain knowledge of property trends, buyer demographics, and campaign dynamics in both regions, along with prior experience working with firms operating across these markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads specifically targeted at buyers and NRI investors looking for luxury real estate in Gurgaon and Dubai.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Market Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the Gurgaon and Dubai real estate ecosystems (key developers, luxury buyer trends, location dynamics).
- Prior Experience: Proven track record working in or consulting for real estate organizations/agencies active in the Dubai and/or Gurgaon markets.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing and digital execution experience.




- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Canva/design tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
