About the Role

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage Flyhigh Global’s digital presence and drive qualified student leads through digital marketing and performance campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads/AdWords, lead-generation campaigns, social media marketing and digital performance analytics, preferably within the study abroad/overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Flyhigh Global’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads/AdWords and other paid digital campaigns focused on student lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies targeting students interested in studying abroad.
- Create and coordinate engaging social media content, reels, short videos, posts and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CTR, conversion rates, lead quality, engagement and ROI.




- Analyse performance data from Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Manage basic SEO, website content, landing pages and online visibility initiatives.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular digital marketing and lead-generation performance reports with actionable insights.

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Performance Marketing, preferably with a study abroad or overseas education consultancy.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads/AdWords with proven understanding of lead-generation campaigns.
- Prior experience in performance analytics and optimization of digital campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, SEO and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in generating and managing qualified leads for the education/study-abroad sector will be highly preferred.
- Robust content, communication and analytical skills.
- Immediate joiners / candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
