What you'll do

- Schedule and manage content publishing across various platforms, and increasingly, help shape the content calendar rather than just execute it
- Own day-to-day client coordination: collect feedback, route approvals, and make sure nothing sits idle waiting on a sign-off
- Do a basic quality check on creative before it goes out to clients or live on social media platforms, catching an off-brand design, a wrong logo version, or an obvious visual error before it goes out
- Build and improve the reporting layer: client-facing performance reports and internal dashboards that actually tell us what's working
- Act as the connective layer between strategy and execution, and over time, take on more of the strategic judgment calls on client accounts rather than only flagging issues upward
- Help formalize and tighten our client servicing process (tools, templates, SLAs for feedback turnaround) as we scale
- Run and optimize business development outreach: LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold outreach campaigns for both agency prospects and personal-brand consulting clients

What we're looking for





- 1 to 3 years of experience in a social media marketing/coordination, digital marketing, client servicing, or account management role, preferably at an agency
- Strong follow-up discipline. This role lives or dies on how reliably you close feedback loops and chase approvals
- Ownership mindset: someone who flags a stuck approval on day one rather than day five
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, reporting, and basic campaign execution (social posting, email tools, LinkedIn outreach platforms)
- Explicit written communication, since a lot of this job is relaying feedback accurately between clients and internal teams
