Indovance is looking for a senior engineering leader to head our Infrastructure & Heavy Civil Business Unit and lead global offshore delivery for large-scale infrastructure projects across North America.

About the Role

You will own end-to-end delivery, technical quality, operational excellence, and business performance across highways, bridges, rail, utilities, aviation, drainage, grading, and BIM projects. This is a strategic leadership role with P&L; ownership and global client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Infrastructure Business Unit delivery and profitability.
- Manage offshore engineering teams and project delivery.
- Drive QA/QC, delivery governance, and digital engineering standards.
- Build client relationships and manage project escalations.
- Scale engineering capability and mentor technical leaders.

We're Looking For

- 15 years in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering.
- 10 years in engineering delivery leadership.
- Experience managing offshore or global engineering teams.
- Expertise in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit Structure, BIM workflows.
- Experience with North American infrastructure projects is preferred
