Indovance is expanding its global Water & Environmental Engineering practice and is hiring a Business Unit Head to lead delivery, technical excellence, and team growth.

About the Role

Lead offshore engineering delivery for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, wet utilities, hydraulic modeling, treatment plants, and environmental infrastructure projects across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Water & Environmental Engineering Business Unit.
- Own delivery, profitability, utilization, and client success.
- Drive QA/QC and engineering governance for global projects.
- Build and mentor hydraulic, civil, BIM, and environmental engineering teams.
- Standardize digital engineering and BIM workflows.

We're Looking For

- 15+ years in Water, Wastewater, or Environmental Engineering.
- 10+ years in delivery or technical leadership.
- Expertise in WaterCAD, SewerGEMS, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, SWMM, Revit MEP, OpenFlows, and BIM.
- Experience delivering projects for North American municipalities or engineering consultancies is highly desirable.
