About the Role

We're looking for a delivery leader with deep expertise in Solar PV, Wind, Substations, Transmission & Distribution, and Power Systems Engineering to build and scale a world-class offshore engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Own BU delivery, margins, utilization, and operational KPIs.
- Lead multidisciplinary offshore engineering teams.
- Ensure technical quality across renewable and power system projects.
- Drive client delivery, governance, and engineering excellence.
- Build technical capability and delivery automation.

We're Looking For

- 15+ years in Energy, Utilities, or Power Systems Engineering.
- Leadership experience managing global/offshore engineering teams.
- Robust knowledge of Solar PV, Wind, Substations, T&D;, ETAP, PLS-CADD, Bentley Substation, Revit MEP, and Civil 3D.
- Experience working with North American utility clients preferred.
