Role Description The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance connectivity. Day-to-day activities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, managing switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices, and implementing updates, patches, and security policies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support projects, optimize network architecture, and document configurations and procedures.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ongole,



requiring regular presence at the office and occasional support outside standard working hours for critical maintenance or incident resolution.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and TCP/IP networking, including routing, switching, and subnetting.
Hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Familiarity with network security principles, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and access control best practices.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools, and the ability to analyze logs and performance metrics.
Ability to diagnose and resolve network incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Solid understanding of server and cloud connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.
Effective communication skills to document configurations, create clear technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to work in office in a team-oriented setting, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize based on business impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant industry certifications (such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
