Job Responsibilities:
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and general maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities.
Attend to maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.
Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment servicing.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel maintenance procedures.
Monitor maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.
Support the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the property.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations and work versatile shifts.
