Job Responsibilities:
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of CO₂ laser cutting machines and press machines.
Hands-on experience in maintaining Bystronic laser machines, Messer Plasma machines, and Press Brake machines.
Experience with electrical control panels, servo drives & motors.
Hands-on experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
Fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical accessories, control & power circuits, and hydraulic circuits.
Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns/malfunctions, identifying root causes, and repairing or replacing faulty components.
Ensure safety while operating and maintaining machinery and identify potential hazards.
Maintain equipment records, machine manuals, and machine spares.
Basic knowledge of SAP PM Module.
