Setup Quarterly performance targets for the team and define key metrics, SEO roadmap for the BU
Review and analyze site traffic, leads to gauge positive and negative changes
Create strategies and formulate recent avenues to drive organic traffic and revenue growth while ensuring these strategies are in line with the businesss overall goals and objectives
Coordinate with business stakeholders for category growth updates
Coordinate with product team for any recent product launches and website page conversion initiatives

Who you are:
4+ years of experience in SEO
Demonstrated experience of managing SEO for product pages
Experience in local SEO optimization
Ability to anticipate or quickly react to ever changing landscape of search algorithms by staying on top of current search engine news, trends
Solid comprehension of search engine ranking factors, algorithms, site architectures and strategies along with robust analytical skills
Proficient in tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Tableau, Google Search Console, web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
