Key Responsibilities

Manage internal & external training programs and training calendars.

Design and deliver recent-joiner onboarding & orientation.

Conduct soft-skills training on communication, interpersonal and managerial skills.

Develop training content, presentations and e-learning modules.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and measure training effectiveness.

Coordinate with HR, department heads and leadership on L&D; initiatives.

Manage trainers/vendors and support LMS & digital learning platforms.

What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of experience in L&D; / Training & Development / Organizational Development.

Solid classroom and virtual facilitation skills.

Experience in soft-skills training and onboarding.

Hands-on knowledge of LMS/e-learning platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
