Required Experience & Skills
8–15 years of maintenance experience in plastic injection moulding manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Valuable understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and PLC systems.
Experience in plant utilities and facility maintenance.
Knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of TPM, 5S, RCA, CAPA, MTBF and MTTR.
Valuable team leadership and vendor-management skills.
Ability to work in a 24×7 / shift-based manufacturing setting when required.
