: Sales Manager – Modular Kitchens

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager to drive business growth for our premium modular kitchen solutions in the Chandigarh and Mohali markets. In this role, you will lead customer acquisitions, collaborate with architects and interior designers, and guide clients from initial consultations to closing sales.

Key Details
Location: Chandigarh & Mohali (In office / Field Sales)
Compensation: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Drive retail sales by pitching premium modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions to walk-in clients and independent inquiries.
Build a robust network with local architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to secure project leads.
Conduct site visits to understand space requirements, layout restrictions, and client preferences.

Client Consultation & Closing
Consult with clients alongside the design team to present layouts, material samples, 2D/3D views,



and commercial estimates.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring the company meets its monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage customer relationships from the initial meeting until final handover to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience specifically in modular kitchens, wardrobes, premium furniture, or high-end interior fits.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula (Tricity) real estate and design landscape.
Skills: Solid negotiation, closing, and relationship-management skills.
Technical Comfort: Ability to read basic floor plans and understand kitchen layouts (straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, parallel, island).
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to comfortably pitch to premium clients.
Vehicle: Must possess a personal vehicle for local client and site visits.
