MICE Sales / Business Development Executive We are looking for a MICE Sales / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and acquire corporate clients for our MICE business. The role involves selling and managing corporate offsites, conferences, incentive trips, team outings, corporate events, destination events and other business travel experiences .

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new corporate leads through outbound calling, networking, referrals and other channels Prospect and acquire current B2B/corporate clients Connect with HR, Admin, Founders, CXOs and corporate decision-makers Understand client requirements for corporate events, offsites, conferences and incentive travel Conduct client meetings and present suitable solutions Prepare and share proposals and quotations Coordinate with internal travel, operations and event teams to deliver client requirements Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle Negotiate commercials and close deals Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients Generate repeat business,



referrals and new opportunities Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track leads, proposals and conversions What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development Experience in MICE, events, corporate travel, hospitality, hotels, DMCs or travel companies is preferred Robust lead generation and client acquisition skills Excellent follow-up, negotiation and closing skills Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable interacting with senior corporate decision-makers Target-oriented, proactive and commercially driven Willingness to meet clients and travel locally when required Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys current business development, corporate client acquisition and relationship building , and understands the requirements of the MICE, travel, events or hospitality industry.
