Manage maintenance across multiple QSR/store outlets in Punjab to ensure zero downtime and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for kitchen equipment, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct regular outlet visits across Punjab and manage vendor/contractor relationships.
Monitor AMCs, service schedules, and ensure safety standards compliance.
Support current store setups and maintain service records.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–10 years in maintenance within QSR, restaurants, hotels, or retail (multi-location experience preferred).
Skills: Hands-on commercial kitchen equipment expertise and willingness to travel extensively.
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
