We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Junior Event Operations Executive to join our events team. This is an excellent chance for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a qualification in Event Management and want to build their career in event operations.
The candidate will support the team in event planning, coordination, logistics and on-ground execution of events.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating events from preparation to execution.
Support senior team members with day-to-day event operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and event partners.
Assist with venue visits, setup and event-day arrangements.
Coordinate event materials, equipment, branding and other requirements.
Support guest registration and attendee management.
Assist with event logistics and transportation coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Monitor event requirements and timelines.
Handle basic on-ground coordination during live events.
Assist with resolving last-minute event requirements.
Maintain event checklists, records and basic reports.
Support post-event activities, dismantling and documentation.
