Represent the company in the court of law.
Preparing and sending legal, notices & further legal actions.
Filing of legal causes & Appeal filing.
Bill of lading, Cheque, HUNDI, Promissory notes.
Motor Vehicle act, E-commerce.
Marine Law.
Company law, Negotiable instrument act, Commercial court act.
Mercantile law, Legal filing, Civil causes.
Police complaint for non payment of dues.
Money Suit, Non-fulfilment of promise, Dishonest intention.
Commercial court filing & proceedings, Negotiable instruments, Cheating / Misappropriation, Non-fulfilment of promise, Breach of contract, Insurance, claims & damages.
Employee disputes.
