Hiring: Junior Associate | White Collar Crime Practice | Kolkata
We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our white collar crime practice. Our work centres on economic offences and allied regulatory matters, with a focus on PMLA, FEMA, Customs and GST.
What you'll do:
Work closely on live matters from day one, including drafting replies, petitions and written submissions, legal research on evolving jurisprudence, and assisting in proceedings before adjudicating authorities, tribunals and courts.
Who we're looking for:
Law graduates with 1 to 2 years of litigation experience
Solid drafting and legal research skills
Sharp analytical thinking and a sound grasp of legal fundamentals
Genuine interest in white collar crime and financial regulatory law
Preferred (not mandatory):
Prior exposure to white collar crime or economic offences matters
