Drive the Talent Acquisition function with a robust focus on Tech and Sales hiring. This role requires the candidate to implement and iterate hiring SOP to ensure Quality of hiring. Use ATS, assessment tools to meet hiring TAT. Stakeholder management for hiring prioritisation, fill rate and other hiring metrics improvement. Speed and quality is the essence.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement mapping, create JD, prioritise positions.
Robust sourcing mechanism, build talent funnel. Look beyond open positions, future pipeline building is important too.
Be responsible for your team. Drive for functional success with each team member. Assist them for their growth opportunities.
Own recruitment metrics- functional, for team, for management and stakeholders.
Strive for process improvement through automation, tools for assessment etc.




Assessment through competency based interviews and other techniques- specifically for tele-sale and sales team hiring.
Bring unique dimension to campus hiring- end to end and campus & Busy engagement.
Branding for candidate, experience for candidate, external stakeholder relationship.

Positive to have
6 - 8 years of core Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in SaaS, Product, Technology or high-growth organisations.
Strong hands-on experience in both Tech and Sales hiring, with experience using ATS.
Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, metrics and hiring analytics.
Experience in team handling and stakeholder management (2+years)
Recruitment stages management experience.
