Role Overview

We are seeking an adaptable, accountable Junior Graphic Designer to join our centralized creative team. In this role, you won't just follow templates; you will understand the core objective of a brief, think through practical visual solutions, and manage your projects thoughtfully from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Thoughtful Problem Solving: Translate project briefs from different business sectors into clear, effective visual solutions that support our brand.

Efficient Execution: Manage your time well to deliver quality design work such as brand collateral, menus, event materials, and digital assets within clear, realistic timelines.

Cross-Brand Consistency: Design across a diverse portfolio while keeping our visual standards neat, organized, and aligned with each sector's unique identity.

Accountability & Growth: Take ownership of your tasks, pay attention to the details, and view feedback as a positive, team-oriented tool for professional growth.

Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, operations, and sector leads,



communicating clearly and supporting your peers when workloads shift.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent practical experience), paired with a resourceful and curious mindset.

Experience: 0–2 years of design experience where organization, adaptability, and explicit communication were valued.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva. Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a plus but not necessary.

Interview Process : HR Screening Round - Technical Assessment - Interview with Technical team and HR personnel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
