Responsibilities:
Engage with visitors and potential customers at the mall.
Generate leads through direct interaction and promotional activities.
Explain company projects, offers, and services to customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable options.
Collect customer details and maintain lead records.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain qualified communication and customer relationships.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and confident personality.
Hindi and English communication skills.
Sales/customer-handling experience preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
