Key Responsibilities
Design, build and deploy complex SCI Cognos reports and dashboards within Manhattan Active WMS
Develop operational reports across core WMS modules
Provide L1/L2/L3 production support
Troubleshoot report performance, data-model and delivery issues
Perform unit testing, regression testing and performance optimization
Support platform upgrades and cutovers
Gather reporting requirements and define KPIs with supply chain stakeholders
Map WMoS/MAWM operational workflows to SCI data models
Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer
