We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong testing expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web and/or software applications.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements.
Analyze requirements and identify potential gaps or risks.
Maintain transparent and detailed testing documentation.
Take ownership of testing activities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing/QA.
Robust knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
Expertise in functional and regression testing.
Valuable understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Strong bug identification and reporting skills.
Ability to understand requirements and create effective test scenarios.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage testing activities end-to-end.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
