Cyptrix RCM is hiring Junior Medical Coders for our Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) medical coding operations.

This is an opportunity for freshers and junior medical coders who want to build a career in Risk Adjustment and Healthcare RCM.

Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and clinical documentation.
Identify relevant diagnoses from patient records.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on documentation and coding guidelines.
Learn and apply Medicaid Risk Adjustment (MRA) coding guidelines.
Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Maintain patient confidentiality and data-security standards.

Eligibility
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of medical coding experience can apply.
B.Pharm, B.Sc Life Sciences, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or related healthcare backgrounds preferred.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive communication and analytical skills.
CPC / CRC / CCS certification is an advantage but not mandatory.





Significant Requirements Work from Office – Champapet, Hyderabad

Candidates must be willing to work from the office and attend a face-to-face interview at our Champapet location.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
