About the Role

We are looking for a Lead – People & OD to drive employee engagement, culture, learning and people analytics across our retail and service network. It is a hands-on execution role — you will own recurring cycles end to end, build the decks and dashboards behind them, and turn people data into action.

Key Responsibilities
Run employee engagement surveys — ESAT, inFeedo pulses and action-plan tracking
Execute culture and recognition programs such as Culture Champions and FIG
Manage LMS operations — course assignments, completion tracking and learning campaigns
Build people analytics, attrition reports, dashboards and monthly HR MIS
Support HiPo identification,



succession planning and talent reviews
Create employee communications, newsletters and internal engagement campaigns
Partner with L&D;, Store & Service leadership, IT/HRMS and Head HR to land initiatives on the ground

What We're Looking For
3–5 years in HR Operations, Employee Engagement or People & Culture
Retail, high-volume or multi-location workforce experience preferred
Hands-on with HRMS and LMS platforms (ZingHR an advantage) and engagement tools like inFeedo
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data storytelling — comfortable turning numbers into a transparent point of view
Uses AI tools to move faster on content, analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Creative, adaptable and highly execution-oriented, with solid ownership
